Who we are

Recruitment Skul is a tech recruitment training and career coaching business, and a subsidiary of Employ Quick. Our office is at 16th Floor, Elephant House, Marina, Lagos, Nigeria. You can reach us at help@recruitmentskul.com or on +234 802 809 1704.

This policy covers the website at recruitmentskul.com and the training, coaching and enquiry services we deliver through it.

What we collect

• Information you give us. Your name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, company, team size, and whatever you write in a message or enquiry form.
• Information about your visit. Pages viewed, how you arrived, approximate location (country and city level), device and browser type — collected through Google Analytics.
• Course and coaching records. If you enrol, we keep the records needed to deliver the programme: attendance, submitted exercises, assessments and certification status.

We do not collect payment card details on this website. Payments are arranged separately and handled by the payment provider.

How we use it

• To answer your enquiry and recommend the right programme — or tell you honestly that none of ours fits.
• To deliver the course or coaching you have enrolled in, including scheduling, materials and certification.
• To send you resources you asked for, such as eBooks or waiting-list updates.
• To understand which pages and programmes people find useful, so we can improve them.
• To meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with advertisers.

Who we share it with

We share information only with the service providers that help us run the business: our website host (Hostinger), our email provider, Google Analytics, our scheduling tool for booking calls, and — where relevant to a programme you have joined — the partner agencies that host internships and practice placements. Each of them processes your data on our instructions.

We may also disclose information where we are required to by law.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not become a relationship are kept for up to 24 months. Records for students and coaching clients are kept for the duration of the programme and for six years afterwards, so we can verify certification and meet accounting obligations. Analytics data is retained for 14 months.

Your rights

You can ask us to show you the personal data we hold about you, correct it if it is wrong, delete it, or stop using it for marketing. Email help@recruitmentskul.com and we will respond within 30 days. If you are in Nigeria, you also have the right to complain to the Nigeria Data Protection Commission.

Cookies and analytics

This site uses Google Analytics 4 to count visits and see which pages are read. Those cookies record a pseudonymous identifier, not your name. You can block them in your browser settings, or install Google’s opt-out add-on, without losing access to anything on this site.

Security

The site runs over HTTPS with an SSL certificate. Access to enquiry records and student data is limited to the people who need it to do their job. No system is perfectly secure, but if a breach ever affected your data we would tell you and the regulator promptly.

Children

Our programmes are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has given us their details, email us and we will delete them.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle personal data we will update this page and change the date at the top. Material changes will be communicated by email to anyone currently enrolled in a programme.
